Nomination and Remuneration Policy

Composition of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee

The Company reaffirmed the composition of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee based on the Decree of the Board of Commissioners No. 001/KOM-CFI/X/2025 dated October 13, 2025, with the following composition:

Harkie Kosadi
Chairperson (concurrently serves as Independent Commissioner). The profile is presented in the Board of Commissioners’ profile section.

Darwin
Member. The profile is presented in the Board of Commissioners’ profile section.

Aneu Sudaryanti
Member.
An Indonesian citizen, 32 years old. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Previously pursued a career in human resources, including serving in the Recruitment Department at PT Electronic City and as Human Resources Generalist at PT Surbakti Mandiri.
